The Bio page is dedicated to the movies and many books written over
the years about the DeFeo Family and the subsequent haunting that took place
according to George & Kathleen Lutz in 1975. For those who have, and
continue to seek the truth, the Injustices of Amityville will give you, the
reader, a chance to understand the cover up by authorities in Suffolk County,
the prosecution, and the money making enterprise of the Amityville horrors.

Christopher Berry-Dee interviewed Ronald at Greenhaven Correctional
Facility in 1994 for his up coming book and CD titled: "Serial Killers".
Although Ronald DeFeo is not a Serial killer, the fascination with this case
has left the world of Criminology baffled. Chris resides in the UK, and operates
the new criminologist website.
Ric Osuna, author of the book "The Night the DeFeo's Died,"
has interviewed countless persons regarding the haunted house theory, and
uncovered the injustices surrounding Suffolk County and the fact Dawn DeFeo
played a part in the murders of her family. Ric resides in the US, and operates
the Amityville murders website.
George Lutz moved into 112 Ocean Ave. in December of 1975 with his
wife and three step children. After 28 days, they flee in horror claiming
the house was haunted. In 1977 Author Jay Anson writes a book about the Lutz
experience in the house at 112 Ocean Ave. The book becomes a best seller, and
in 1979 the movie "The Amityville Horror" hits the big screen. George
resides in the US and owns & operates the Amityville horror website.
Hanz Holzer who interviewed Ronald in 1979, claims Ronald DeFeo
had an incestuous relationship with his sister Dawn, and was possessed by
an Indian by the name of Chief Rolling Thunder. Ronald along with William
Weber made up stories about the night of the murders, in hopes of recieving
monies for an appeal. Mr. Holzer fabricated these stories in a book titled:
"Amityville II the Possession." A subsequent movie followed after
the book and due to a lawsuit commissioned by the DeFeo family, Holzer changed
the name of the DeFeo family, to the "Montilles" family out of fear of reprisals
and being sued. Several other books by Hanz Holzer were released over the
years.
Gerald Sullivan was the prosecutor in the 1975 trial of Ronald DeFeo.
Sullivan openly admits to the jury that "Ronald DeFeo committed this crime
with two other people, but we will never know who they are, because Ronald
will not tell who they are." Mr. Sullivan has also openly admitted he wanted
this case, because he could not even begin to understand Ronald's "motive"
to want to murder his family. In 1981 author Harvey Aronson along with Gerald
Sullivan wrote a book titled: "High Hopes". This book was based on the 1975
trial. Sadly, Mr. Sullivan passed away in 1992.
William Weber was Ronald's defense attorney in 1975. He handled
the case without being prepared and readily admitted this both to the trial
Judge & prosecutor and he notified the Second Department Appellate Division.
Having an attorney in this situation is a direct violation of defendants
basic constitutional rights to competent counsel. Cf.Canon 6; DR-6-101 SA
(1,2)
Weber presented false testimonies (See DR-7-102 SA (3 through 8). He concealed
favorable defense witnesses who wanted to tell the truth and not testify
to his make-shift insanity defense whom, even the trial judge sitting on
the case had questioned Weber about, said defense as it appeared unusual
coming from the defense. Ronald's case was left uninvestigated by attorney
Weber, this was a case of six homicides that required careful study through
investigation, and professional attention, not a make-shift, one-two-three
presentation of a defense to a jury like Weber submitted, and thereafter
allowed the prosecutor to make a hay day out of the state trial by telling
the jury his own speculative motives for the commission of the crimes charged,
and have the jury believe various theories, while not one was the truth,
nor proven by admissible competent evidence, it all dehors the record to
what the prosecutor told the jury here. The matter of Ron DeFeo's trial was
not identification because the defense attorney caused his conviction through
his incompetency and coercing witnesses to testify at the trial Ronald was
insane or crazy, and committed the crime all by himself. Weber had Ron DeFeo
testify false in all aspects, and made him believe he would be out in a couple
of years to just listen to what he told him to testify to and he did untruthfully
and not knowing the law or situation he was getting into through an attorney
that was suppose to represent him and the facts competently and intelligently,
while he did neither.
Over the years, Mr. Weber tried vagrantly to capitalize on the DeFeo murders,
even going as far as dealing with Hanz Holzer and his fabricated stories.
William Weber's own actions suggest he had a book and movie deal in the works
long before the trial was over in 1975, and never had his client's best interest
at heart.
Geraldine Gates has claimed to have been married to Ronald DeFeo
prior to 1974. She even claims her daughter Stephanie Pisani is Ronald's
child. Ronald only met Geraldine Gates for the first time in 1985. They both
conjured up a story about being married and having a child for the purpose
of obtaining Ronald's personal property his relatives stole from him in 1975.
Geraldine Gates's daughter, Stephanie, is in fact the legitimate daughter
of Joseph G. Pisani. Geraldine and Joseph Pisani were married in April of
1974, therefore; she was not married to Ronald DeFeo, and never knew him
until 1985.
In 1989, Geraldine Gates and Ronald DeFeo were married in Auburn Correctional
Facility for the first time. The only reason they were married was to continue
the lie about the night of Nov. 13th 1974 in hopes of a new trial for the
DNA testing to exonerate Ronald of the murders of his three siblings. If
you take a look at the 1989 marriage license, it states "Romondoe" as her
maiden name. This is not true, as Rullo is her maiden name. Number of marriages
she states (first). This also is not true.
Geraldine was married to Fred Corey, Joseph G. Pisani and Gerald Gates, therefore
the marriage that took place in 1989 was not legal, because Geraldine Gates
was already married to her third husband Gerald Gates at the time of her
marriage to Ronald DeFeo in 1989.
At this time Geraldine and her husband Gerald Gates reside in New York with
their son Peter Gates.
Barbara Puco was Ronald's wife between April 1994 and November 1999.
During the time she was married to Ronnie she was living with another
man. She Divorced Ronnie to marry the man she was living with whom she married
the day he died. It was learned in 2004 (after the opening of
thenightexposed.net and learning of Ronnie's marriage to Tracey) that she
still loves Ronnie and wants him back. To this day she still professes her
love for Ronnie although he insists the relationship was just sexual.
Many true crime stories have been written over the years about the
DeFeo murders. Each of them, listed below, give credence to the fact Dawn
DeFeo had a hand in the murder of her family that fateful night in November
1974.
